My name was originally Abram. I came from Ur of the Chaldeans and journeyed to the land of Canaan, making a covenant that promised me a great nation through my descendants, beginning with my sons Isaac and Ishmael. I am known for my profound faith and obedience to Yahuah.

One of the greatest examples of someone who chased after YAHUAH was Abraham. Even when he was born, he was born for Divine purposes for our Aluah YAHUAH. When he was born, there was a sign in the sky pointing to greatness from this man. From his birth, after Nimrod found out about him, he sought to kill this child.

Abraham was born to Terah and Amthelo, who also had 2 brothers, one was named Nahor, and her other Haran. Nahor was a mighty prince in the army of the Sovereign Nimrod, (The book of Jasher Chapter 7) and Haran who we will also learn was YAHUAH fearing man right along with Abraham. (Writings of Abraham)

So back to Abraham, After his father learned that Nimrod sought to kill his son even after Terah reasoned with him, Terah switched or gave another infant in Abraham's place, and Terah took his wife, a servant, and Abraham and hid them in a cave where he brought them provisions once a month.
Abraham grew up there until he was ten years old. Then he went to learn about our Aluah from Enoch/Chanok and Noach/Noah themselves.

Throughout scripture, we learn that Abraham was a fierce lover of YAHUAH, he was relentless to search for and serve the one who created all. This can be found in "The Writings of Abraham", "The Apocalyptic Book of Abraham", and in the book of Bereshyth/Genesis in YAHUAH's Council. What we will also learn is Abraham not only had unshakable faith even unto death, (He was the first one even before Daniel to be put in a fire pit and survive), but he also turned Pharoah's and whole entire cities into worshiping YAHUAH. And also baptizing started somewhere around Abraham's time. Abraham was highly esteemed and YAHUAH was praised because Abraham pointed out YAHUAH's truth, and also, Abraham knew the coming of our Messiah.

To add to this Abraham was one of whom YAHUAH approved to be in the Shamayim after his death. Abraham also, did not have it easy he went through ten trial some times, (Both statements can be found in the Writings of Abraham). A devout man of faith and belief in YAHUAH, and example that we should imitate and work on within our selves just as hard as Abraham did. There are still a few in the world looking for examples like this. May YAHUAH Baruke our efforts in being pleasing to HIM.
